Established by Late Mr. Reaz Ahmed in 1972 who was a graduate in Bsc. Engineering from the renowned Benaras Hindu University. After proving his worth on domestic and overseas projects at a senior level position with Blue Star for 20 years, he called it a day and all by himself formed his own commercial Air conditioning company, which he named "CLIMATE ENGINEERING COMPANY" .

Indeed it was a well thought and an articulated name which for years has been changing and creating suitable climate for big organizations and known entities. He mastered few of the known projects to perfection like the one for ASIAN GAMES in Delhi and for OBEROI hotel in GOA for CHOGAM where the National prestige was concerned.

After Mr. Reaz Ahmed his son Mr. Shafat Ahmed has been looking after the show. Besides being an Engineer he has a tremendous and astounding knowledge and a huge experience of 20 years behind him.
